To begin with I want to introduce text ad onlys. I personally don't like pop-up ads or full-page ads and wonder if they really do work. When I go to a site like imdb.com for example and it tries to open one of those full page ads for something I don't want my heart sinks. I would also like to include ads that are revelant to the page in question. One of the problems of using a third party agency is the feeds are not really that great. I mean if you are looking at a Picasso page are you really interested in hair loss?? I know Picasso wouldn't be as he died 35 years ago!
You just say where you want you ad to go on the page, whether as part of any text or a place above or below a picture, indeed anywhere on the page you desire. You start by clicking here to open an e-mail, tell me what you want to put on a web page with the address of the page you want it to go on (http://www.leninimports.com/index.html etc.), and how long you want it to go on that page for. I will e-mail you back when I have done it and checked the link. I will also send you instructions on how to pay (paypal, cheque etc).
I've set the price at just $1.00 as it's a new thing for me to sell advertising directly and to give you the advertiser the chance to try it and see if it works for you without a massive outlay. If you advertised on other similar sized websites you will find the prices to be a lot more expensive and you don't know whether it will work for your website. This way you do not have to take a massive financial risk and in these credit-crunching times I don't think it is a bad thing. I, personally, being quite cautious, would try it out for a month for a dollar just to see if it actually worked for me.
